** Primary purpose of this position:
** Supervise all activities associated with plumbing field installation (commercial projects).
** Specific

Job Duties:

*** Follow and adhere to all company safety requirements and processes
* Assure that plumbing and piping systems are fabricated and installed in accordance with plans and specifications
* Oversee layout of plumbing and mechanical work
* Manage plumbing field employees and complete daily tasks with the team
* Coordinate and mobilize all resources required to meet job schedule requirements
* Engage all employees within span of control in order to build relationships, assess employee performance, observe work progress and assure a safe work environment
* Actively pursue personal development opportunities
* Enforce company policies and assure compliance with company procedures
* Work effectively with all departments within the company, General Contractors and other trades
* Perform additional duties relative to position as assigned by supervisor
* Operate within established budget parameters
* Seek opportunities to reduce costs through value engineering suggestions, effective vehicle utilization and managing for improved productivity

* Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy

* Education and Experience Requirements:

*** Must be a high school or trade school graduate or have a GED
* WV Master Plumber certification
* 2 or more years experience in a supervisory capacity
* Minimum 7 years' experience as a plumbing mechanic or similar position
