As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, and any additional experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus. Certifications in cleaning and restoration are valuable but not required.

• Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about the cleaning process and expected results.
• Assist with water damage restoration and mold mitigation when needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and industry best practices at all times.
• Work efficiently and independently while being a strong team player.

• Experience in carpet cleaning preferred.
• Experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus.
• IICRC or other certifications in cleaning and restoration are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
