• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Ability to train and mentor apprentices
• Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints
• Knowledge of low‑voltage wiring
• Skilled in system testing and air balancing
• Safety‑focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
• Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable
