• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to train and mentor apprentices.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of low‑voltage wiring.
• Skilled in system testing and air balancing.
• Safety‑focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable.
