• At least 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC maintenance
• EPA Type I or Type II (or Universal) certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass an MVR check
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart retailer’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand, power, and digital tools.
• Use the work‑order management system to receive, document, and close repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart’s safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 lb, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 (currently $2,000)
• Bonuses based on performance; eligible for incentive plans
