- 3+ Years of HVAC Technician Experience
- Valid Driver’s License & Insurable Driving Record
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- HVAC Technical School Certificate (completed formal training program)
- Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints
- Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
- Hands‑On Repair & Replacement Experience
- Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning Experience
- NATE Certification (preferred, but not required – we’ll help you earn it)
- Tools:
Must have necessary tools for the job (we’ll help you get what you need)
