• 3+ Years of HVAC Technician Experience
• Valid Driver’s License & Insurable Driving Record
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• HVAC Technical School Certificate (completed formal training program)
• Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints
• Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
• Hands‑On Repair & Replacement Experience
• Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning Experience
• NATE Certification (preferred, but not required – we’ll help you earn it)
• Tools:
  Must have necessary tools for the job (we’ll help you get what you need)
