Service Master Restore® in Winchester, VA is seeking a Crew Leader to drive fire, water, and mold mitigation projects. This hands-on leadership role guides job sites, supervises technicians, and ensures safe, efficient work that meets company standards.
You will set up drying equipment, track moisture, document work, and communicate progress to customers and Project Managers. Requires 2+ years restoration experience and a valid driver's license; WRT/ASD/FSRT/AMRT certifications preferred.
