Customer Service Representative

As a leading provider of factory-direct building products, we offer a wide range of materials including cabinets, closets, porcelain vanity countertops, LED mirrors, and SPC flooring. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products supported by dependable service and a customer‑first approach.

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winder, Georgia. This role supports daily customer needs, processes orders and warranty requests, provides product information, and assists with minor accounting duties.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Provide clear and accurate information on products, orders, and timelines
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions‑oriented communication style

• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle warranty requests and follow through until resolution
• Track order statuses and provide updates to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences

• Perform minor accounting‑related tasks as assigned
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with general administrative support for customer accounts
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and dependable follow‑through
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once

• Experience with Net Suite software
• Familiarity with 20/20 and/or Pro Kitchen cabinet design software
• Knowledge of cabinets or building products

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  
  Ability to work independently while supporting team needs
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
