We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and support their mobility, comfort, and overall well-being. This flexible, as‑needed position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team committed to high‑quality rehabilitative care.

• Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders

• Delivering physical therapy services aligned with clinical standards and best practices

• Documenting assessments, progress, and treatments accurately and efficiently

• Supervising and guiding Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)

• Educating residents and caregivers on exercises and continued care strategies

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• CPR certification preferred

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting strongly preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
