Let’s Communicate is a multidisciplinary, therapist‑owned practice serving children in northeast Georgia. We provide occupational, physical, speech‑language, and feeding therapy with a commitment to progressive modalities that help children and families thrive.

We are hiring a pediatric occupational therapist who will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

• Assess patient needs, develop and modify treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment plans.
• Consult and instruct team members in specific therapy modalities.
• Report patient progress to physicians and team.
• Work with a mixed caseload that may include developmental delays, cognitive deficits, sensory disorders, fine motor delays, balance, handwriting, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Maintain documentation of reports, notes, and progress of therapy via a computer‑based program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Georgia or recent graduate.
• CPR certification.
• Professional, positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to relocate to Winder, GA before starting work.
