CompensationThe base hourly rate for this position is $31.92. The starting pay is $31.14 per hour to start, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, tuition assistance.
Work ScheduleThe role may require training on shifts but may also be required to move to a rotating schedule of 2-2-3 / 12 hour shifts (days/nights). Must be able to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for troubleshooting issues, repairing failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency in the facility.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED – technical or vocational certification a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding experience and knowledge is required
- Repair experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and drawings
- Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and medical clearance
