As a LEAD production associate, you will produce and assemble products according to specifications. You will operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met then finalize products and prepare them for shipment. This client makes wood products (doors, cabinets, etc). Must have excellent math and measuring skills (must be able to read tape measures down to 1/10 of an inch).

Must have prior lead/supervisor experience-will be lead over 6-8 other production associates. This is a non-temperature controlled warehouse.

• Up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Assemble products according to specifications

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe shoes/boots required.
