We are seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead operations at a growing precast concrete manufacturing facility in Winder, GA. This role provides overall leadership for production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across concrete panel and structural component manufacturing, supporting both current operations and future growth.

• Provide overall leadership for precast concrete production operations, optimizing performance across teams to meet delivery and quality goals.
• Own plant-wide quality, safety, and compliance standards, ensuring operations consistently meet regulatory, ISO, and Lean expectations.
• Oversee production planning, managing schedules, budgets, materials, and equipment utilization to support business objectives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor plant leadership and production teams to support operational excellence and consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and scale production capacity to support long‑term growth.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.

• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing or closely related concrete production environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar manufacturing principles and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams while driving operational excellence and accountability.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally with technical teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• Engineering or technical background preferred (not required).
