• Become a safe and skilled expert operator of forklift trucks, handling all phases of material handling (raw materials to pipe to loading).
• Have firm knowledge of all SEC pipe and accessory product lines.
• Effectively manage produced materials from production to inventory stocking, processing picking tickets, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Manage purchased materials (raw and resell) unloading deliveries, stocking, and loading trucks.
• Learn and apply damaged pipe repair techniques.
• Serve SEC production teams, drivers, and customers effectively.
• Practice and participate in good housekeeping across the yard and in warehouses.

• Possess or obtain a valid forklift operator’s license.
• Very good special reasoning and eye‑hand coordination.
• Ability to learn SEC product lines and to read order tickets.
• Ability to learn yard layout and place inventory items properly.
• Enjoyment of working with material handling equipment outdoors.
• Good customer service etiquette.
• Enjoy being responsive and helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Create and foster a team‑based environment with materials handling and across operations.
