Production Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

NOW HIRING! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. Zero to minimal experience is required — we are willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

Operate production machinery according to company standards and work instructions.

Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and identify defects.

Load raw materials and remove completed products from the production line.

Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.

Complete production paperwork accurately.

Report machine issues and assist with routine maintenance when needed.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Work toward daily production, quality, and safety goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Zero to minimal experience required — training provided!

Available to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Comfortable working in a hot warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Able to stand for 8–12 hours during the workday.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
