Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor RN
Join Empire Care Centers as an RN Weekend Supervisor in a nursing home setting. You will lead a team of nurses, CNAs, and medical staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with care plans.
Shift: Every other weekend – Saturday & Sunday, 7am–7pm.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
- Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
- Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines.
- Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports.
- Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth.
- Hold an active Georgia RN license.
- Have nursing home or long‑term care experience.
- Possess clinical skills and leadership qualities.
