Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient needs, providing optimal care and guidance
Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient charts
Administer medication and treatments in line with physician orders

Requirements

Active RN license in the State of Georgia
Prior working experience in a rehabilitation center or nursing home setting
Ability to give direction and motivate a team

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
