• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, including IV therapy (if certified) and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift and respond to codes or health emergencies.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions to demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.

Licenses / Certifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the state of employment.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
