Job Description

Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of grocery-related customers through stocking shelves and maintaining displays, partnering with national accounts such as Walmart, Publix, and Target, and becoming an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Bel‑Vita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover teammates as needed.
• Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Bel‑Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate any issues from store‑manager negotiations to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new‑product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to keep inventory fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lb.
• Live within 25–35 mi of the primary location, Alpharetta, GA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations (Winder, GA; Gainesville, GA; Dahlonega, GA).
• Full‑time schedule availability.
• Mondelez provides a company vehicle, gas card, and vehicle‑maintenance program.

• Base salary range: $31,300 – $54,400, based on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for over‑achievement based on performance.

• No relocation support available.
