Our product line includes Corrugated Metal Pipe, High Density Corrugated Plastic Pipe, Water Quality Solutions, Underground Detention, Concrete Headwalls, and other complimentary products.

Responsibilities- Work throughout Central and West Florida to establish and manage relationships with new and existing customers, and provide exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships and understand customer needs.
- Expand the existing customer base with new clients as we grow.
- Complete take‑offs by reading plans, specifications, and state and county regulations to prepare quotations.
- Enter project information into a CRM and track projects through its cycle.
- Act as the key point of contact between customer and company to ensure accurate information is obtained and passed to the right people.
- Manage the order entry of our products, approve submittals with clients, and collaborate with operations and logistics to coordinate fabrication and delivery.
- Understand and possess product knowledge of all products we manufacture and distribute.
- Perform all work professionally, accurately, and timely.
- Generate quotations and offer value‑added solutions where opportunities present.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries.
- Visit customers regularly to secure and develop long‑lasting, loyal relationships.
- Resolve issues and problems that customers or SEC operations may have.
- Negotiate to win job proposals.
- Generate and follow leads for new business.
- Strong relationship building.
- Great verbal reasoning and communication.
- Ability to read and understand project blueprints.
- Accurate attention to detail for quoting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Trustworthy and honest.
- Responsive and available.
- Ability to negotiate from multiple perspectives.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience in water retention, utilities, culvert/pipes.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and equivalent CRM.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with new customers.
- Comfortable with the sales process and use of sales and order technology tools.
