CompensationBase hourly rate for this position is "$36.00". An immediate opening for a full‑time electrician with verifiable experience or a journeyman’s card is also available, with a starting rate of "$35.12" per hour. What You Bring To The Team- High school diploma or GED – technical or vocational certification a plus.
- Ability to assemble and install all types of electrical circuits, systems and equipment, including motors, regulators, controllers and generators.
- Inspect electrical equipment and machinery, diagnose faults, determine corrective action, and document repair activities.
- Knowledge of multi‑meter, voltmeter, ammeter and grounding techniques, and proficiency with electrical distribution systems and switch gear.
- Compliance with Underwriter codes, national, state and local codes, and company regulations.
- Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and start up AC/DC drives, HMI, PLC, and DCS systems with minimal assistance.
- Document all electrical changes with red‑line plant drawings and notify engineering.
- Ensure all wires and devices are properly labeled and panels are up to date.
- Assistance to lower‑class maintenance personnel with electrical symbols and drawings.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typical electrical assignments.
- Must pass a drug screening, background check and medical clearance.
