Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

This position entails assisting members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
• Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Resolve problems, clarify issues, and escape more in-depth member requests to other staff.
• Maintains a high level of communication between members, back office, and branch staff
• Recommends additional products and services as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have the following background:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of previous experience in a financial institution with knowledge of products and services preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of discretion and diplomacy
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and detail
• High school diploma or GED
