With unique services designed for each state, we provide trauma-informed care and community-based youth programs in Connecticut, comprehensive family support and residential services for at-risk youth in New York, and targeted mental health services and crisis intervention in Rhode Island and so much more.

We are currently seeking a passionate Bilingual (English and Spanish) Therapist to deliver intensive community-based treatment for Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact while benefiting from specialized training and ongoing individual and group supervision.

Therapists at NAFI CT operate within a collaborative framework, conducting sessions primarily in-person within natural environments such as homes or safe locations. With a manageable caseload of 4 clients, you'll have the resources and support to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Receipt of provisional license (LMSW, LPC‑A, LMFT‑A)
• Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention
• Ability to function independently and as a team
• Travel and transport clients
