Hartford Health Care’s Family Health Center Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient neuro care. The role focuses on growing the neuro program in the Willimantic area and delivering evidence-based PT for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions.
The PT will evaluate function, determine treatment plans, and deliver therapy, collaborating with PT, OT, and SLP within a multidisciplinary team.
