. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Clinical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our physicians and physician assistants to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Patient Intake
  :
  Efficiently room patients, collect detailed medical histories, medications, and chief complaints, and accurately input information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Chart Preparation
  :
  Gather prior medical records, review office notes, radiology reports, health history, and medications to ensure comprehensive patient charts.
• Clinical Support
  :
  Assist in preparing patients for examination and procedures, including undressing wounds and assisting with setup for treatment.
• Orthopedic Support
  :
  Fit patients with orthopedic braces and ensure proper documentation is completed for billing purposes.
• Surgical Coordination
  :
  Schedule surgeries, manage medical clearances, ensure radiology images and prior authorizations are obtained before surgery dates.
• Referral Management
  :
  Process physician referrals by sending and receiving health information, incorporating it into patient medical records as necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical medical experience
  .
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend shifts at our walk-in centers.
• Proficiency in medical terminology
  , medical insurance requirements (including workers' compensation), and basic computer skills

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
