New Grad RN – Residency & ERAS

Backus Hospital in Connecticut seeks a registered nurse for the A3 unit, delivering patient-centered care on a fast-paced medical/surgical floor. The role follows ERAS protocols and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Requires BSN preferred, 1 year RN experience (2+ in this unit preferred), CT license, BLS on hire, and ability to obtain PALS within 90 days; ACLS desirable. Shift is every other weekend and every other holiday.
