Qualifications&
Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Familiarity with therapy for students with autism is a strong plus
- Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexible, communicative, and organized professional approach
- Deliver direct OT services across five autism program classrooms in three buildings
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Travel stipends and assistance to reduce relocation stress
