• Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business risks and insurance needs.
• Prepare clear and accurate insurance quotes that provide the right level of protection for our neighbors.
• Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to handle inquiries and solve problems efficiently for our policyholders.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Represent The Atlantic District in the Windham community with a helpful and positive demeanor.

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Connecticut.
• Previous professional experience in sales, customer service, or client management.
• Strong comfort level with learning and navigating new technology and digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work from our Windham office location during standard business hours.
• Strong organizational habits and high attention to detail.
