Prysmian is seeking a seasoned Lean Transformation leader to drive site-wide improvements at our Windham, CT facility. You’ll own the transformation agenda, shape Lean strategy, and partner with the Site Director to deliver measurable gains across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The role requires a Lean Black Belt/CI background in manufacturing, 3–5 years of leadership in Kaizen, and deep expertise in Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, and daily management.
