Domino’s Pizza is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for those who enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive on teamwork, and are eager to provide exceptional service to our guests.

• Operate all store equipment to prepare and deliver high-quality pizzas.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product and maintain a clean, organized work station.
• Receive, process, and take inventory of all customer orders over the phone and in person.
• Complete associated paperwork accurately and on time.
• Clean equipment and facility daily as part of standard hygiene procedures.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training to acquire store policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers to process orders.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Proficiency in making correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Must have strong motor coordination and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing.

• Exposure to varying temperature conditions; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to over 90°F.
• Requires standing for most of the shift, walking short distances, and occasional lifting of ingredients weighing up to 50 lbs.
• May involve reaching, stooping, bending, and walking on surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Provides opportunities for job advancement within Domino’s management and ownership tracks.
