Merchandiser – Floral

Location: Various locations within your territory.

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. This is your chance to help bring color and joy to our customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 am–12:30 pm.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, prepare each store for festive demand.
• Set up new displays and adjust inventory during department resets.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
