Install Radon Mitigation Systems into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.

This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:

• Make Customers Happy:
  • Keep customer’s home clean and proactively take measures to leave it in better condition than found.
• Get Work Done:
  • Safely and efficiently perform installation duties.
  • Collect payment from the customer when the job is completed.
  • Complete installation at/or below the defined labor percentage.
  • Proactively review job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and load truck.
• Safety:
  • Ensure that all aspects of work are being performed safely and call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
