• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
