Positions Primary Objective: :
Provide our customers great service from our office; schedule appointments for our sales people from the people calling our office; follow up on prospects to help our sales people fill their schedules; answer customer question when they call our offices. support office by doing several administrative tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls with prospective and current customers

Schedule sales appointments and installations

Make outbound calls to current customer database to schedule service

Make posts on social media following our campaign

Update content on our website using our widget tools

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
