There is currently a need for a HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established plumbing and heating company near Portland, Maine. This new position offers a generous salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and tool reimbursement. An ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of residential HVAC and boiler system as well as experience managing crews of service technicians in the field.
Responsibilities- Manage crews of service technicians on designated projects.
- Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Interview, train, and mentor employees.
- A minimum of 2 years Project Management experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
- MUST have a Maine Oil and Gas License.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC and boiler systems.
- Be able manage and supervisor crews of 5 or more service technicians.
