Team Prior, Inc is a Domino's Franchise with stores in Maine and Connecticut. We have been globally recognized as one of Domino's top franchises. Franchisee, Lee Prior, started with Domino's as a CSR when he was 19 years old. In a very short time he was promoted through the ranks of Assistant Manager and then General Manager of the Rockland, Maine store.
In 2010, Lee purchased the Rockland store and has been living his mission of waking up every day to run the best pizza stores in the world.
Domino's Pizza is hiring the next generation of its leadership, starting with Shift Managers. You are responsible for opening or closing our stores and ensuring we operate at our highest level all day, every day. This is the first step to becoming part of our Management Program.
Key Responsibilities- Open and close stores, managing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% and set an example for crew.
- Handle paperwork, food management, scheduling, image standards, marketing, and profitability.
- Receive and process telephone orders, handle sensitive customer information, and execute credit transactions.
- Provide quality customer service through positive professional interaction in person or by phone.
- Assist coworkers with teamwork, punctuality, and closing duties including cleaning.
- Operate and maintain all equipment, clean daily, and perform assigned station duties such as making quality products.
- Accurately perform basic math and make correct monetary change.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
- Motor and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigate a delivery area using a map and handle adverse terrain.
- Memorize recipes, portion amounts, and adhere to detailed job aids.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately (calculator allowed).
- Capable of making correct monetary change.
- Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication.
- Proficient in using computers or touch screens for order entry.
- Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses.
- Customer service orientation and willingness to lead by example.
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Employees may walk on ceramic tile and linoleum; height of work surfaces is 36–48 inches.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
