Interim Health Care of Sonoma & Marin is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients in Windsor and the surrounding areas
.
We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.

As a Caregiver or HCA, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assisting with mobility and promoting client safety
- Running errands as needed
- Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team
- Providing compassionate, dependable care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
