You'll lead a team of New Home Sales Consultants, helping potential home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership and guiding them through our proven sales process.

• Recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
• Provide ongoing development and training.
• Set monthly goals and lead weekly group training sessions.

This role offers a base salary of $75,000, with commission and bonuses based on quarterly closings. No real estate experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
