We are currently looking for entry level manager candidates to fulfill our role of Manager at our Windsor location on 9010 Brooks Road.

Our Restaurant Manager positions translate our PURPOSE into PRACTICE and are responsible for managing the execution of our brand throughout the restaurant to achieve objectives across human resources, profit generation, and in-store efficiencies.

• Labor and Break management
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, procedures including OSHA, Dept of Health, Fire Department, etc.
• Crew assignment, training, development, scheduling, and motivation of the team during
• Customer relationship management

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• High school diploma, some post high school education a plus.
• At least one year previous leadership experience in some capacity.
• Prior experience in the food service business managing a staff of at least 30 employees.
• Serve Safe Certification a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passion, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Ability To Work at A Fast Pace – Our kitchens are open and busy with lots of on-the-line communication and job rotation. It's not for everybody. All hands-on deck and multi-Tasking skills are a must!
