Experienced Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Leamington

Looking for an experienced accounts payable associate in Toronto or Leamington! Focus on vendor communication, invoice management, and month-end accounting tasks effectively.

In this role, you’ll be coordinating responses to vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution. The position demands proficiency in invoice processing, reconciliation, and performing analysis for timely financial decisions. You will also engage in internal controls, helping to optimize accounts payable procedures and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Process and record invoices promptly

• Perform monthly reconciliations on vendor statements

• Assist in the auditing processes as needed

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
