Our client is seeking a dedicated Collections Administrator to handle customer accounts and payment processes. This role involves resolving billing discrepancies, managing outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate with internal departments to enhance collection efficiency while delivering top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally
• Prepare reconciliations and customer statements as needed
• Compiling and providing weekly account reports to management
• Track invoices against approved purchase orders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable
• Highly organized with attention to detail
