Accounts Payable Associate at Tilray

Tilray, a global leader in lifestyle and consumer packaged goods, seeks an Accounts Payable Associate with at least two years of experience. This position involves reviewing invoices, performing reconciliations, and maintaining internal controls. You will work closely with department heads for timely approvals and resolve vendor queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review non-PO invoices for documentation and approval
• Process three-way matching invoices for timely payments
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues
• Maintain the AP mailbox and respond to inquiries
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP or similar platforms preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Leverage your accounting skills and support Tilray's financial operations effectively.
