Experienced Senior Accountant

Join a well-established construction and real estate development firm in Windsor, ON as a Senior Accountant. Leverage your CPA skills in financial reporting, project accounting, and month-end processes in a collaborative environment.

This full-time, in-office position reports directly to the CFO and requires a seasoned CPA or CPA-designated professional. Your expertise in the construction and real estate sectors, alongside your strong understanding of job costing and financial reporting, will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Assist in project accounting and profitability tracking

• Provide financial analysis for operational support

Requirements:

• CPA designation or actively completing CPA program

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel proficiency and ERP software knowledge

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
