In this leadership role, reporting to the President, you will oversee a range of accounting tasks, including payroll, reconciliations, and month-end closing for our multi-entity operations. Candidates should possess a solid background in financial management and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct full-cycle accounting across Canadian and U.S. operations

• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Prepare detailed financial analyses and statements

• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial forecasting

• Collaborate with external accountants and advisors

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial principles

• Familiarity with project-based accounting methods

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
