Experienced Controller ON

Forge Consulting Group is hiring an Experienced Controller for their Windsor, ON location. This hands-on role will manage comprehensive accounting functions and enhance financial processes.

In this position, you will lead the complete month-end close process and prepare accurate, ready-to-review financial statements. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining balance sheet integrity and producing insightful management reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close processes for diverse entities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation

• Produce management reporting and conduct variance analyses

• Identify and implement internal control improvements

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of accounting experience

• Significant experience in multi-entity accounting

• Strong technical and financial analysis skills

• Detail-oriented leadership approach

• Must work onsite in Windsor, ON
