Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate monthly financial close and management reporting

• Own cost accounting for tooling and production environments

• Improve receivables and cash flow management

• Set and maintain accounting policies and controls

• Collaborate with plant leaders to transform financial insights into operations

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent preferred

• 10+ years in accounting and finance

• 4+ years in a controllership role

• Proven manufacturing finance experience

• Strong ERP and BI skills
