Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure fast, reliable monthly close and reporting

• Oversee cost accounting for tooling and production

• Set and maintain accounting policy compliance

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred

• 10+ years in accounting/finance experience

• At least 4 years in controllership or senior finance roles

• Experience in manufacturing finance environments

• Strong leadership skills for team development
