Accountant in Assurance & Accounting

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be involved in developing technical accounting skills in various areas including audits, bookkeeping, and tax. You will also gain knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, while effectively managing multiple client files and performing key financial analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop skills in audits, compilations, and bookkeeping

• Manage client files and conduct inventory counts

• Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements

• Investigate discrepancies in financial entries

• Collaborate with teams to enhance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration

• Progress towards CPA Professional Education Program prerequisites

• Previous accounting office experience preferred

• Familiarity with accounting software considered an asset

• Flexibility to travel as needed
