Key Responsibilities:- Develop Canadian tax planning strategies for private companies
- Prepare and review T1, T2, and T3 returns
- Compile client information and prepare client files
- Research, document, and follow up on tax issues
- Delegate work and coach others toward results
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field
- CPA designation or progress toward obtaining it
- One to three years of Canadian corporate tax experience
- Tax preparation and due diligence experience
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
