Aramark is hiring a full-time
Administrative Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
. This is a fast-paced role ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting team operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, supporting unit managers, and ensuring the Food & Beverage department meets its performance targets. You’ll be the first point of contact for frontline staff and help maintain smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and support frontline team members at the start of each shift
  • Assist unit managers with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
  • Conduct team briefings and share operational updates
  • Respond to calls and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate staff coverage and ensure compliance with break schedules
  • Report absences and manage return-to-work documentation
  • Build and maintain weekly staff schedules
  • Respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in administration or food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Reliability and excellent timekeeping
Salary and Schedule
  • Hourly rate: £13.00
  • Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
